A review companion that keeps you reading what a coding agent changes
Every file a coding agent touches, tracked against a baseline in git and reviewed as the session runs — without ever making the agent wait on you. — Turnstile is the client the agent talks to. It runs the agent in your own checkout, derives the changed-file list by diffing against a baseline written into git, and reviews each file when a turn ends. You read whole files, note the lines that matter, and send those notes when you're ready.
Measuring whether a coding agent did what you asked, not just what it cost
Every task you gave Claude Code, followed from the first ask to how it ended — rounds of work, corrections, effort, and outcome — reconstructed from the session transcripts it already writes. — cc-intent reads Claude Code's own transcripts for a repository, works out each task you asked for, and tracks it through the session. A small typed model answers narrow questions about each message; plain code turns those answers into task state; a local web report shows where the rework went, and an on-demand multi-agent analysis explains the longest tasks.

Lifting a DevOps pipeline into a private, VPN-gated AWS footprint
A private EKS cluster, Jenkins pipeline, and VPN-gated access — all defined in code and reproducible from scratch. — Migrated a team's ad-hoc build and deploy infrastructure onto a fully private AWS footprint: a private EKS cluster, Jenkins on EC2, AWS Client VPN for access, hardened networking, and a CDK + CloudFormation + Ansible toolchain that can recreate the whole environment from source.
Moving a telehealth clinic off phone-call prescriptions
Replaced manual phone-in prescriptions with a serverless electronic-prescription system that improved physician throughput by orders of magnitude. — Designed and shipped the serverless backend that moved clinicians from calling pharmacies by hand to issuing electronic prescriptions through a FHIR-based workflow — with idempotency, durable state, and audit guarantees fit for a healthcare platform.
